With the impact of COVID-19, we find ourselves in a time of global uncertainty. Our hearts go out to everyone affected. We at First American Insurance Agency will continue to operate with the best interests of our customers and communities.
We are still open and ready to help you with all your insurance coverage needs. However, in our efforts to promote social distancing, we have made some changes which include:
• Open by appointment only
• Masks are required per Massachusetts State guidelines
• Reduced in-office staff to a minimum – while others work from home
• Our work-from-home employees are available 8 AM to 4:30 PM via phone
• RMV services are limited and we can only mail or drop off paperwork
Please know we can process transactions, payments, and claims over the phone and obtain signatures electronically.
