Kristie Learned, Account Manager, Personal Lines

Kristie has been in the insurance industry for over 12-years handling auto, home, liability, and life insurance. She strives to ensure her service and attention to detail wows her clients. Her favorite shows include Law and Order, Criminal Minds, and This Is Us. She loves spending time with her husband, Jarrod, and their 4-year-old.  They are usually at home watching movies or playing at a park. 

Meghan Harnois, Assistant CSR, Personal Lines

Meghan is the first face you will see when walking into FAIA and doesn’t think twice about helping our clients. She loves to laugh, and her favorite show is The Goldbergs. When not at work, she enjoys being with her family and grabbing a bite at 99 Restaurant.

Mia Vatrano, Account Manager – Personal Lines

Mia has been working at First American for two years but has been in the insurance industry since 2010. She began her career in lawyer’s professional liability and soon transitioned into personal lines. Mia enjoys watching anything on the food network, and her favorite local restaurant is Milano’s.

Theresa L. Kelly, Account Manager, Personal Lines

Theresa has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and truly believes her clients come first.  She loves helping her people overcome challenges and advocating on their behalf.  You can find her eating at the Westwood Tavern, reading murder mysteries, and hanging out with her three dogs.

Amybeth Perry, Insurance Processor

Amybeth hails from the banking and business consulting sector, where she spent 17-years in compliance excellence, coaching, and customer service. Fun fact: She is named after two main characters in the book Little Women by Louisa May Alcott, which is also her favorite novel.

Ginger Marszalek, Account Manager

Ginger has been in the insurance industry her entire working life with experience in both commercial and personal lines. She enjoys eating at the Munich Haus located in downtown Chicopee because of their delicious pierogi’s.  Ginger also likes to bake and crochet.

Jenna Dziok, WC Medical Adjuster/ CMS Associates

Jenna has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. She learned the ropes as a receptionist and worked her way through the agency to learn each department.  She takes pride in knowing she is helping her clients by resolving problems for them and guiding them the best she can. You can find her enjoying pasta alfredo at Milano’s in Chicopee. A few of her favorite shows are Investigation Discovery Channel, and her go-to movies are Radio, Remember the Titans, and Green Mile

Sharon Morin, Account Manager, Personal & Commercial Lines

Sharon has worked in the property and casualty insurance industry since 1987. She loves the movie A League of Their Own and the show Bones. You can find her enjoying a meal at Hanna Devine in Ware, MA or reading anything by James Patterson. Fun Fact: Sharon has a silver medal in softball

Tracy Kroll, Account Manager, Personal & Commercial Lines 

Tracy has 22-years of property and casualty experience under her belt. She enjoys the Olive Garden (never ending bread sticks!) and watching Seal Team. Her favorite book is Maximum Ride

Jeanne Jackson, Account Manager, Personal & Commercial Lines

Jeanne has worked with the Brimfield team for over eight-years helping clients get the best insurance coverage that fits their needs. She enjoys a good meal at Enrico’s on any given night. Her favorite book is the Oregon Trail.

Aubrie Murphy, Personal Lines Account Manager

Aubrie grew up in the woodsy town of Charlton, MA and loves staying local. She’s been in insurance since 2016. She was married in 2018 and loves spending time with her husband and son. In her free time, Aubrie enjoys cooking and sharing her creations with loved ones. You can find her watching any of the Marvel movies.

Aimee Tuttle, Personal Lines Account Manager

Aimee entered the insurance world in 2019. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships with her clients and getting to know each one. She loves Animal Planet, a good bowl of pasta, and the show Maine Cabin Masters. She loves hanging out with her dog, friends, and family as well as fishing and Kayaking.


Corey Murphy, Owner

Corey started in the insurance industry in 1998 and earned his license in 1999. He then went on to receive his CISR designation in 2005, and his CIC designation in 2005. Corey likes to grab a bit at the Frontera Grill. His favorite shows include Cheers and Hawaii Five-O.

David MatoskyCRM, Operations Director

David is approaching 30-years in the insurance industry, specifically product and risk management. He appreciates a good classic comedy movie, especially the ones from the ’70s through the ’90s.  You can find him enjoying a meal at Milano’s’ or Red Rose Pizza.

Julianne Rossi, Human Resources/ NAHRO Claims

Julianne has been with FAIA for almost 30-years. As part of her role in Human Resources, she makes sure the right people are in the right seats for their jobs. You can find her riding her bike or enjoying a slice at Village Pizza. Fun fact: Her favorite book is Angels & Demons, Dan Brown.

Kelli White, FAIA Team Supervisor

Kelli is a licensed P&C insurance professional with over ten years of experience servicing clients in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She prides herself on understanding her clients and finding solutions to meet the needs of them and their families. Kelli keeps it local at The Federal in Agawam, MA, and her favorite movies are The Scream Trilogy. Fun fact: she doesn’t like whipped cream or pancakes.

Noni Moran, Claims Director, CMS

Noni has been with FAIA for 22-years, working hard to ensure our CMS and workers’ compensation division runs smoothly. She has met many great people working in insurance and has learned a lot. She loves a tasty snack at Casa de Lisa and enjoys watching movies like The Irishman.

Alicja Modzelewski, Finance

Alicja has been with FAIA for 18 years. She ensures all our finances and payments are correctly accounted for and processed. She also maintains accurate financial files for management and outside accountants.  She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her favorite local restaurant is the Delaney House.

Jeni Mei, Assistant CSR

Jeni loves spending time with her family and staying active! On the weekends, she spends her time running, hiking, and watching my son play sports. Her favorite place to eat is Mission Cantina, and you can find her watching any  documentary.

Katelyn Morgan, Marketing & Communications Manager

Katelyn has over 15-years of experience in marketing & communications, spending much of her career in healthcare. She enjoys taking a creative vision and promoting brand messaging using high impact special events and multi-channel campaigns. She is a big soccer fan and loves being outside. Her favorite food is bbq.
