Kristie Learned, Personal Lines Account Manager

Kristie has been in the insurance industry for over 12-years handling auto, home, liability, and life insurance. She strives to ensure her service and attention to detail wows her clients. Her favorite shows include Law and Order, Criminal Minds, and This Is Us. She loves spending time with her husband, Jarrod, and their 4-year-old.  They are usually at home watching movies or playing at a park.

Jason Gilow, Account Executive

Jason has been in the insurance industry for seven years. He loves interacting with clients, and it is rewarding for him to help others solve their insurance problems and surpass their expectations. He is a huge football fan and is part owner of his hometown team! When Jason is not at the agency, he likes riding his Harley or working for the Worcester Bravehearts as the public address announcer and loves traveling with his wife and two kids.

Barbara has worked in insurance for over eight years and her favorite part of her job is client service sand helping others. When she isn’t working you can find her sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys entertaining. Mia has been working at First American for two years but has been in the insurance industry since 2010. She began her career in lawyer’s professional liability and soon transitioned into personal lines. Mia enjoys watching anything on the food network, and her favorite local restaurant is Milano’s.

Corey started in the insurance industry in 1998 and earned his license in 1999. He then went on to receive his CISR designation in 2005, and his CIC designation in 2005. Corey likes to grab a bit at the Frontera Grill. His favorite shows include Cheers and Hawaii Five-O.

She learned the ropes as a receptionist and worked her way through the agency to learn each department.  She takes pride in knowing she is helping her clients by resolving problems for them and guiding them the best she can.
