Kids, Adults, and the Social Host Law

We all like to have a good time, right? And many parents prefer that their kids be in a controlled setting when it comes to alcohol (we're all for being responsible, too!). But if anything happens, the consequences could be much higher than anyone thought when it comes to the Social Host Law in Massachusetts.
Simply put, "a social host is anyone (adult or minor) who is in control of the premises and who furnishes alcohol or allows it to be consumed on those premises."
